We read every message. If you found a broken puzzle, a spelling issue, or a print problem, send us the theme and difficulty so we can fix it quickly.
We aim to reply within two business days. Messages about a confirmed error are prioritized.
What to include
- The puzzle theme and difficulty, for example Dogs — Medium.
- The page URL, if you have it.
- The device and browser you used, if the issue is about gameplay or printing.
- A short description of what happened.
Corrections
If a word is misspelled, a word list is not appropriate for the theme, or an answer key does not match the puzzle, tell us. Include a screenshot if possible. We review confirmed corrections and update the page when the fix is ready.
Classroom and print permissions
The printable PDFs are free for personal, family, and classroom use. You do not need to ask before printing a classroom set. You may not resell the PDFs or upload them as your own product. If you are unsure whether your use is allowed, email us with a short description.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising, sponsorship, or partnership questions, use the same email and include a short description of your proposal. We only consider partnerships that are relevant to puzzle players, teachers, or families.
Privacy requests
If your message is about privacy or a data request, put Privacy in the subject line. We do not require an account, so most requests relate to an email you sent us or to local browser storage. See the Privacy Policy for details.
