Puzzle creation
Each theme has a hand-curated word list. Puzzles are generated from that list with a deterministic layout and then validated for complete word placement, allowed directions, a filled grid, and a matching answer key. A theme is not published until those checks pass.
Word list review
We review word lists for spelling, relevance to the theme, and age suitability. Themes for children receive an extra review. If a word is ambiguous, inappropriate, or too obscure for the intended audience, we remove or replace it.
Originality
We do not copy another site’s puzzle grid or word list. Themes and word lists are created for WordSearchPop. If you believe a page copies your work, contact us with the details and we will review it.
AI use
AI tools may be used to help draft or organize content, but published pages are reviewed and edited by a human. We do not auto-publish generated pages without review.
Corrections and updates
If you find an error, email [email protected] with the page URL and a description. Confirmed corrections are made as soon as practical, and the page’s updated date is changed when the content changes.
Advertising
If advertising is added in the future, it will be kept separate from the game controls, will not be placed above the board on mobile, and will follow the ad network’s policies. Sponsored content will be labeled.
